"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. " (John 14:6).

We are to continue from where we stopped yesterday. The statement to look upon today is that Jesus says He is the truth. What does this mean?

when we say something is true, it means, it is real and exactly the way it has been presented but here Jesus said He is the truth which is opening our eyes to a number of things. First is the fact that all He is about Himself is true. No such thing as false information as far as it is Jesus who gives it.

Also, He is the truth personified which means that He is what we need to set things right because anywhere the truth is out, things will be out of shape. Check your life dear reader, the reason why you are going through things is because Jesus is no there yet. You might want to say He is there but you are still going through rough times, the question is, is He really there? Every time you compromise, you distant yourself from Him. You enjoy the sinful path and still claim to have Jesus, you must. Be lying sir/ma which means the truth is not in you. Remember Jesus is the truth.

Pray a simple prayer today, ask God for forgiveness as you have compromise in ways and cry that He might show you the Himself who is the truth.
