I’m LostFound and on the ground / And I have dreams that will not fly / I’m stranded and I wonder why / I cannot find the sky / And you are near but feel so far / Waiting on this blue green star / For you to role up in your car / And life to find me / Pa

My mind is full of rainbow dreams / But sometimes nothing’s as it seems / I’d rather sit and eat ice creams / Than face up to the daylight / It pains my heart and bites my hand / And leaves me crying in the sand / I try to rise I cannot stand / Give me a hand / Come find me

How come I’m feeling so LostFound / Apparently you’re all around / But I don’t hear any sound / You’re saying clearly / But I’m not listening / Maybe / The silence booms within my my mind / In colors you’d be hard to find / In any paint shop for the blind / That’s normally frequented

And all these thoughts of what may be / Are so far from reality / I’m somewhere on a blackened sea / And won’t be making it for tea / And what will be is what will be / I’m sure of that / I guess we’ll see

And once upon a time you saved me / But there’s no manger where you’ve laid me / And I have not been coping lately / With what you fling me / I’m just drifting in a leaking boat / Trying hard to stay afloat / Tears choking in my throat / I wish I’d brought a coat

The moon’s so pale / But I am paler / It’s strange I’ve never been a failer / But I am not a salty sailor / More a wailer / As I bail away with rusty bucket trying not to say just stuff it / A Bible is my lucky locket / Just itching in my pocket / When really I so need a rocket / So I can hoppit

Lord you’re the shepherd I’m a sheep / And I am somewhere I can’t sleep / I hope your promises will keep / To come and find me in the gloom / Give me a better tune / That doesn’t boom of doom / I’d let it fly around my room / Like frosted rainbows

But lost within these spidered dreams / Where nothing’s really as it seems / And gravity is upside down / I try to smile but instead just frown / My worn out shoes are now my crown / I wear round town / I look the clown / It gets me down / To be so LostFound

I’m at the roadside / Waiting for you / Thumb stuck out / A sulky pout / Wondering what you’re all about / And then afar I see a car /

It’s moving slowly / Like a star /Across the desert shimmering
And in my mind as thoughts are simmering / Hope starts glimmering / That you have come / And this is done / And you will give and I will live / In better days and so I gaze / Through the haze / At a growing star / Or a speeding car

Is this car yours / There are so few / That come this way / By night or day / To work or play / They never stay / They’re on their way to somewhere better / Or buy a trendy sweater
