Words of Encouragement for Worn Out Saints

Do you feel worn out, like your Christian witness and teaching is not accomplishing anything? Does it seem at times, that biblical truth is not doing any good? Daniel 7:25 says that in the last days Satan's kingdom will try to "...wear down the saints of the Hightest One..." Here are some words of encouragement from Scripture.

Galatians 6:9 tells us,"And let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we shall reap if we do not grow weary."

Isaiah 55:10-11 is a reminder that, "For as the rain and snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth, and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so shall My word be which goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter to which I sent it."

John 15:5 has a condition attached. "I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in me, and I in him, he bears much fruit; for apart from Me you can do nothing."

Colossians 3:23-24 tells us, "Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance..."

Hebrews 6:10 says "For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, in having ministered and in still ministering to the saints."

Hebrews 12:3 has this word of encouragement. "For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Him, so that you may not grow weary and lose heart."
