That feeling of lost hope, soon joy is within
God is waiting, for your confessing of sin
No problem too great, to be solved by His Son
No love has been greater, since your life begun

And you know, that addiction you hide
Gone, if inside you let Jesus reside
That poison, will never again rule your mind
Released from that prison, in Jesus you’ll find

That trigger, your finger is waiting to pull
No need anymore, with His love you’ll be full
Giving up on life, will be gone from your heart
Let Jesus inside, you’ll have a new start

Please do not feel, I say I am better than you
By explaining of a life changed, and what to do
I’m a child of God and only want to share
A peace so extreme, its yours if you dare

The life you live now, hasn’t worked at all
Feelings of joy are yours, you just need to call
Jesus is the name, at your side He is there
Say His name, give Him all worries and care

I too have been, right where you are today
It took a rock bottom for me to finally say
Lord Jesus I’m here, I’ve no strength to fight
Please come, rescue me from this darkest night

And can I tell you, when He heard my plea
He gave me His Hand and set my soul free
This wonder and peace, He has it special for you
He gave His life, to give a gift for life a new

So please come, and join me in this walk
And you too, with Jesus you can talk
No more darkness in life, but light from above
From a God so forgiving and sending perfect love

We will walk by faith, until our breath is gone
Singing for Jesus, for He is the only song
Come one and come all, He is calling your name
If you follow Him now, life will not be the same
