"The Tunnel within"

Hardships in life often pushes us to the limit where we all begin to think as to how much a person can take on still...and of course by choice, we have to decide as to what is it that we want to see during hardship periods, alert ourselves on the bad things only or do we choose to believe that there are many good things to come still...you may relate to this as well...

During my quiet time a few days ago, I was really-really quiet. No words from my lips just a busy heart pondering on so many things...and as I wanted to pray with my eyes closed, suddenly i have find myself in a tunnel. Long dark and narrow tunnel. I didn't like where i was because this place was so dark, I could not turn to go left or right except turning around and walk back into further darkness where i could not even see my own nose or feet.

I chose to walk this tunnel towards to the exit where I could see a blurry white light but it was very far. As I walked towards the end of the tunnel, I have begun to see that the tunnel's walls were build with bricks. The further I walked, the bricks colors begun to change from black to deep red (just like blood) and it give me some kind of comfort to keep walking. The deep red color changed again and this time the bricks looked as it was made out of gold, yellow, shiny, battled to look at. My first thought was (being hungarian it's comes naturally) to ask the Lord to give me one of these bricks so I can be "sorted" in this dream/vision. But than there were more bricks and not just out of gold, colors and materials which I have never seen before. I did not want the golden brick anymore, I just wanted to walk toward the white light.
And I did make it. I felt all my hardships, weights from my heart just fallen off, felt as it these weights were never there.

It was a beautiful walk and we all find ourselves every now and again in these type of tunnels.
