Ever wonder why that guy who will wreak havoc in the end times is called the Anti-CHRIST and not the Anti-any other religion or philosophy? There are two reasons for this.

One, Satan knows his future is the fiery abyss. So like a little kid who’s confronted after being caught misbehaving, he starts to point the finger at his accomplices. That kid doesn’t want to be the only one to “catch it” so he dimes everyone else. Satan is the same way. He ponders why he should be the only one in the lake of fire. So he made false religion and human philosophies to trick man from the truth. Paul put his this way, “If our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, in whose eyes the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving that they might not see the light of gospel of the glory of Christ who is the image of God.”(2 Corinthians 4:4-5)

Ask yourself why is Satan keeping folks from Christ instead of everything else? Because second, he knows without Jesus, man cannot enter the heavenly home of God. Dr. Luke put it this way, “There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12) That name is in verse 10 – Jesus Christ!
