Dear grandma

how have you been Doing lateely?
I like my new dog. I hope
you can come over here sometime
school is Just fine and Do
you no what it is football
season and I signed up for
football we won Searles
school and we won Alvarado
two times in a row. It is really
fun. today there was a parade
of cars telling us to vote and
one of the cars through out
some gum and I can't eat
any of it but I can
save it for later. I am takeing
Skating lessons every Saturday.
we went to a show Saturday
the name of the show was
Sandpebbles and Steve McQueen
and it was a good show it was
a war show. well I better be
going now and I love you you
no, so I will try to See
if I can come over your
house sometimes, ps turn over

they built a new park well good
by now love your big boy
not littel boy and I miss you

my great grandmother.



Dear Grandmother,

I hope you are feeling
well.
It's almost impossible
for Carl to write
very much because he
has so much homework.
The fourth grade is
hard for him and
he has homework
everynight.
Carl has a hard time
doing any work either at
school or at home.
I hope he learns in time.
