THE SON OF MAN

Open your eyes and consider the possibilities
There is only one God Divinity
He is Jehovah
He is the Messiah
The Alpha
The Omega
Holy is the blessed Trinity

All creation rejoices in Your name
Yesterday, today and tomorrow You remain the same
He is called “Wonderful Counselor”
He is the Everlasting Father
Mighty God
Prince of Peace
Holy, Holy is the one to suffer our blame

Despised and rejected by man
Punished for the sins of man at God’s hand
He is the Creator
He is our Conqueror
A powerful healer
Mighty redeemer
Holy, Holy is the sacrificial Lamb

In heavens throne room angels sing
To Jesus, Son of God, the most high King
More beautiful than jasper
More beautiful than a sardine stone
The emerald
Or the sapphire
Hosanna on high He wears the victory ring

I am the root, David’s offspring
To Me all creation sing
I am the beginning
I am the end
The first
The last
I am your God, love always enduring.
