There is a difference in miracles experienced in the east and in the west. In the east, in places like China, a person repents, believes, gets filled with the Holy Spirit and goes out to preach the gospel and they immediately heal and cast out demons and even raise the dead.
In the west, a person repents,(unless they are expressly taught not to) 'receives Jesus', goes into seminary, and if he or she comes out with a faith that is stronger than what he or she entered with - that is a great miracle!
