“My Walk”

The Lord tells me the words I need to say.
I try to write them in a special way.
He helps me to share with you.
Many things that we need to do.
I know that you may not always see.
The Lord that lives inside of me.
That is why I’m reminded every day.
At just how much I need to pray.
Because I know I’m just a man.
I need His grace to even stand.
It’s so important that we talk.
It helps me with my daily walk.
If there is one thing that I know.
There so much room for me to grow.
The things I wrote in the last few days.
Has changed my life in many ways.
You see I need to set some goals.
And try to do the things I’m told.
For me to be a shining light.
I need to touch you with what I write.
His mercy and grace is what I need.
For this Christian life I lead.
My daily walk is never done.
If I’m to live just like the Son.
I know this is not an easy road.
But I am ready to bear the load.
Every day I must confess.
If I’m to show my very best.
So when you start to look at me.
I hope its Jesus that you see.
