There’s Love….and then there’s Love
There’s this love I’ve found which
Asks for my all,
which conquered the grave
And penetrates my soul.
It stands the test
Of trials and time.
This love so amazing, so awesome and divine.
It looks not at my past and all that I lack,
but focuses on the future: there’s no turning back.
It equips, empowers, goes from strength to strength
And even when I’m drawing my last and final breath
I will abide in this love I’ve found.
There’s Love…and then there’s Love.

These three remain, hope faith and love
I pray that in all its entirety, His love may abound:
Deep in your hearts and grow from day to day
I pray that from His commandments, you will not sway.
Trust in Him, lay down your fears
You’ll reap what you sow-even if you do sow in tears
Blessings,wonders, signs from above
Are all the great promises from the one that I love.
He promises to carry us through life’s great storms
All we must do is answer the call.
For you see,
There’s love…and then there’s Love.
The love I speak of changes a life,
It unveils mysteries and leans towards the divine
It works like a fire, shut up in one’s bones
There is nothing like it, and it seeks to make me whole.
It sets me free and meets all my needs,
To he who was freed, you are free indeed.
It works like a river, cleansing within
When it knocked on my door, I chose to give in.
I feel chosen, set apart and like I belong
And in this heart, I sing a love song-
You are worthy, pure, and all that is good
It took some time until I fully understood.
My friend,
There is love…and then there’s Love.
