Family Values Sore

Has the market hit rock bottom
Assessing the worth of a life
from lack of investment
of husband and wife

Are children only seen as assets
when it comes tax time
Has family values liquidated
to “earning a dime”


Does a magazine hold rights
to the quality word “Time”
Are kids just nominal gains
left alone with their prime

When the Dow breaks records
will the cradle continue to fall
Will parenting be reduced to
To a simple phone call

Parents may sell out quickly
Securities children embrace
leaving them lacking interest
for the human race….
