Besides the families we belong to here on earth, the chosen of God belong to a heavenly family that is through Christ. Unlike the one here, the heavenly one is bounded by love that lasts. Here, we have the tendency of loving whats good and hating what is bad.
When the prodigal son went away, the father's love was not waivered; he still loved his son. He was deeply in love with any member of his family. Behavior may have changed, character or social status; but God loves those who are of His family, he surely welcomes them back.
We belong to that family of righteousness; and God so loves that family that He sent His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life.
Today, let us go in and reveal the presence of God in our lives; let us teach and admonish, for we are a chosen generation. I speak in the mighty name of Jesus Christ's name, Amen!
