Poetry
Let's be thankful every day,
for all the things we hold so dear.
For laughter, love and kids at play,
and those who give a listening ear.
For times we go alone and pray,
and hear God say, "No need to fear."
For those who help us find our way,
who cry with us and shed a tear.
For God to whom our burdens lay,
and for our prayers our Father hears.
For families close and far away,
who are as one this time of year.
Let's be thankful every day,
for all the things we hold so dear.
