I learned it's not about what I'm not getting
but what can I give you...

I learned it's about me, even if it's pertaining to you, it's my personal issue regarding you, so ultimately it's still about me..

I learned unless he loves God, unconditionally, I can never expect the same...

I learned when I tell you I love you that's my truth, and it's okay if it's not yours, my love is not contingent on your love for me, as our Lord and Savior loves us...

I learned faith is patience, and patience is trust...and everytime I go to someone else, and not God first...I'm excercising doubt...

I learned it's okay to need space, it doesn't mean rejection, it means taking time to put yourself back together, and in that particular moment you're the only one who can...

I learned the most intimate time can be spent in silence, taking a long glance at the one you love, without ever having to speak...just appreciating the fact that they have agreed to spend the rest of their life with you...and that's enough...

I learned if God's not a part of it, it just won't work...
