Marriage

Gay Marriage. It's here, it's up close and it's personal (to those who enter in to it). Living twelve minutes away from the city that ignited the controversy gives me an eagle view of the uproar created. Who's right? Who's wrong? As a Christian the Bible is the truth, and in it's truth it talks about homosexuality in Romans and Leviticus.

The books of the bible talk at length, about going against the natural use of a women and the natural use of a man. I believe the word of God.

The word of God also states that these things will come to pass. In it's truth the Bible declares that "thou shalt not kill" but people are still killing, "thou shall not commit adultrey", but people are still throwing away their marriage vows in order to satisfy their own lust and desire, "thou shall not bear false witness," but people are still lying and creating extreme defamation against one another.

In knowing this, we must acknowledge the many sins condemed by our Lord, and the many sins that continually occur regardless of what the Bible states. We must acknolwedge sin on any ground is still sin, and we do not have levels of sin, but sin itself is wrong. Many people believe one sin is worse than another, however when you consider the mass implications all sin has on those of them participating in it and those of them affected by it, sin is sin.

Most sin begats more sin. A lie begat fornication, and fornication begat, adultrey and adultrey begat murder, and murder begat suicide and so on and so fourth.

Consider how far reaching a lie can be to the lives of a family, when that lie encompasses an entire family. Consider how far reaching covetouness is when it then creates the foundation for murder. Fornication has not changed, it is still sexual relations with someone whom you are not married to, and there are many people going against the word of God. One sin holds no more weight than the other, Fornication, Adultrey, Homesexuality, is all sin and there are no levels.

In this day of gay marriage, it is important to examine, that those of them who unite themselves woman to woman or man to man, if in fact they want children of their own they must further go against the will of God by either going outside the marriage and participating in fornication or (if in fact they believe their marriage to be of sanctity) adultrey in order to have a biological child by natural means.

How many married men to women and women to men would purposefully committ adultrey to have a child. We must acknowledge there are some.

In todays times it's important to embrace II Timothy the third and fourth chapters. For in this reading we somehow become prepared for the current day to day happenings which leave us searching.
