Dare to Die

Die to gain, what treasure I find
More His grace in my heart to shine

I’ll Take my cross to follow Thee
Dare I stop trusting in me?

How little I lose, to know my Lord today
His living presence, through all me stay

What I give way, I can not lose
His love forever, I must choose

Carrying about, dying for Jesus
His life to live, in place of mine

Dying daily, delivered over to death
Jesus made alive, in my mortal flesh

What I seek, I dare not postpone
Crucified with Him, that I’m His own

Learning to die, His hand in mine
The cross I bear, His treasure to find

My life, His presence to obey
His path, His will to stay
AMEN
