Hold onto deliverance
for help is on it's way
After you've suffered a little while
He's still faithful to us today
How long, O Lord, our souls may say
just when that day will be
But, knowing you care for us so much
all we need is to have faith in Thee
No matter how long we have to wait
it's good to be your child
And the grace you give will see us through
even if we have to suffer for awhile
For your love is real and so true
and we need not wear a frown
Cause within our hearts we hold your word
and there lays up for us a crown
Although in pain and suffering we endure
but precious is Salvation to me
So as I pass through the storm, wind and rain
my hope still lies fully in Thee!
