What does this mean?
This means that you are tired of worrying, struggling, wanting, searching, feeling unhappy, unsatisfied, lost, depressed, hopeless, helpless, lonely, etc. This means that you desire to have lasting love, peace and joy in your life even during difficult times. It means you want to live your best life here and now.

God wants you to be healthy and wealthy in all areas of your life.

It starts with surrendering your will to God because you want His will to reign in your life. Say those words to God and truly mean it! Because when you do, the Holy Spirit will make sure God’s will is done in you and through you, and you (mind and heart) will change. Your desire will be to please God in everything you say and do, all the time – not sometimes – but all the time. And most importantly, you will receive the fullness of God’s blessing. You will receive ALL that God has for you and has been waiting and wanting to give you. How do I know this? Because it happened to me! Just like many, I knew of God all my life, I grew-up in church, I was christened, confirmed, baptized and nothing really changed. Not until 1999 when I surrendered my will to God then my life changed forever. God is the best thing that ever happened to me! I love Him and He loves me! So I just have to share this with you because He loves you too and wants the same for you!

Yes, we all have stronghold(s), that something that controls us, that something we think we can’t live or do without but we know in our hearts we need to control/stop/quit because it’s detrimental to us and in many cases to our family. We stop/start, struggle along the way, it gets harder and harder, and many times we give-in or give-up then we find ourselves right back where we were. But I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to do this alone. After you have surrendered your will to God, you must also surrender your stronghold(s) to Him. Be specific when praying to God and call out your addiction, bad habit, destructive/problematic emotion or behavior, character flaw, etc… “God, I’ve tried to do this on my own and nothing has worked. I need your help! I surrender my smoking, drinking, drugs, porn, overeating, envying, lusting, gambling, lying, cheating, bad attitude, anger, rage, arrogance, greed, compulsive buying/working, etc. – to you. I ask that your will be done, in Jesus name.” Say it, mean it and believe it! When you surrender your stronghold to God, it means that you have passed it on to Him. Now that God has it, He will strengthen your will power and empower you so that you can say no, walk away, quit and exercise discipline and self-control. He will be with you every step of the way. He will give you and make available to you whatever resources and support system you need to conquer it.

We are all facing some kind of challenge in our lives, i.e., health, home, finances, work, school, church, relationships, etc. Whether it has to do with you, your spouse, children, parents, relatives, friends, etc., it can get stressful, overwhelming and overbearing. But this is not the end! Surrender your worries to God! God will grow you, guide you and get you through this difficult time.

God will take care of you! The only thing God expects of you is that you honor Him and give Him the glory. And that you share your story with others so that they too can have their own story to share.

Surrender ALL to God!

The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.” Psalm 32:8 (NLT)
