You have no words that you could utter.
Can't see the need, that you might mutter.
You're the picture of a pathetic state,
   while Satan laughs and berates.

But there He is deep inside.
In joyful abandon He abides.
He takes His inventory for His order
   to send up to your Father.

He stands in our place in our hearts,
   seeks for mercy and grace to impart.
Greater is He that's in you,
   than he in the world, however cruel.

For the fact He prays the Father's will
   He gains for us for Him to instill.
The answer He gets once He sends,
   are, in Christ, "Yes" and "AMEN!"

Holy conversations are held for Their love,
   for the one who's born above.
They talk of you with greatest hope
   granting you help like a strong rope.

They are seeking for your success
   to make you like Christ, so you can bless.
To do greater works, even than He, 
   the one true Pattern, to make you holy.

He is the Cause. He is the Drive.
   He is the Life that makes you alive.
He does for you as God only could,
   mixing all things for your greatest good.

You have the Hope, even while hopeless.
This is your rest, even in distress.
Heaven's work continues, while you're a pilgrim,
   to make you one of many of God's children.
