Overstepping The Order of God
Parents Trying To Be Parents

What happens when man oversteps their bounds where they willfully go against God’s rules, commandments, and laws concerning parents and children? God has given to every parent guidelines to follow concerning the raising and nurturing of the children He has put under their tutelage. How can man decide what chastisement a child need accept they are present to see, know and understand what they are being chastised for? Going into a situation in a home and taking the child away because they were spanked is wrong and interferes with that child’s ability to function anywhere else because they first knew their parents. When we tell them that they don’t have to stay home with a parent that chastises them we create monsters. It is the fault of the lawmakers, judges, and child protective services that the world is the way it is where children have no respect for parents. But when a case is handled right where the child is made to obey their parents and take the chastisement of a spanking or punishment it is not child abuse. The abuse caused is when the child wants to see their parents and are denied. This causes them to react, usually in a negative way. Children has been allowed to have their way too many of the times in these CPS cases.

Solomon was one of the wisest men in the earth. He was the son of David and Bathsheba. He succeeded his father on the throne, as the last ruler of the United Kingdom. Solomon was David’s choice for his own successor. Although he was young (12-15 years of age), he was able to become king, with the aid of his mother and Nathan the Prophet, in spite of the efforts of the other sons of David. Even then chastisement was done to Adonijah. He tried to go behind his fathers back and become king himself. But Solomon the younger sought to carry on the work of his father, developing his ideas and perfecting the organization of the kingdom with a strong military hand. He completely subjugated the enemy, built fortifications and store cities and organized an army with horsemen and chariots. The surrounding kingdoms were in a state of weakness and thus Solomon encountered comparatively little strong opposition. Solomon won a place for Israel among the nations of the world. How can we dispute that other nations call for the children to be reared in their own homes and worked on correcting whatever the problems facing them. The children is not just thrown out to some stranger to be reared with who knows who. Is that the best thing for the child? We are not talking about children that are sexually abused or nearly beaten to death. Do we really think we are helping that child?

Proverbs 3:12, whom the Lord loves he corrects; even as a father the son in whom he delights. Although we love our children it is impossible for them to know that we love them when they do wrong and there is no correction.

Proverbs 19:18 chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying

Proverbs 22:6 train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it

The children are to incline to the word of their fathers and mothers, letting the corrections saturate in their ears where they have a mind to obey. Why would they obey when the CPS workers make sure they are aware that if they are spanked they are to tell them and then they decide to interfere with the parents and cause all kinds of havoc in their lives. What’s really going on? Has that little authority they have gone to their heads? They are following laws that make for criminals. Children were never suppose to be out of the sight of parents or some other authoritative figure during any day. Children are a part of a their parents heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to their parents flesh. A child brings new life to their parents. Children are to keep their fathers commandments and forsake not the law of their mothers. A wise son makes a glad father; but a foolish son is the heaviness to their mother. A wise son hears his father’s instruction. A wise son makes a glad father, but a foolish man despises his mother. We are responsible for breaking families through the use of laws that goes against the will of God. Our country is becoming a poor nation because no one is being made responsible for there own actions.

Our laws has made even children disrespectful and ignorant. We are responsible for the large range of children that tells their parents “you can’t tell me nothing and if you spank me I will call the people”. Parents find no joy in the child that they cannot scold for their misappropriated actions because of fear of losing them or going to jail. What have this world come to? In the end who will prevail? We had better make sure our decisions are based on truth; for a wrong decision falls back on the hands of the one making the decision to remove children away from their parents. He that begets a fool does it to his sorrow, and the father of a fool has no joy.

A just man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him. Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure and right. He that keeps the law is a wise man, but he that is a companion of riotous men shames his father. Children in most cases have gone back and robbed the parents and think nothing of it; they have been trained that the parents owe them something. We are making children companions of the Devil and wonder why we cannot go out in the street and be safe. It’s time that children are taught to obey the parents rather than take them out of the home. They aren’t dead, so the chastisement or spanking is not a death threat.

It’s time children are taught to obey their parents, incline their ear unto wisdom, and apply their heart to understanding. We are not to provoke our children to wrath. The parents are for the children to provide a safe haven for them. And it is the parents that provide the love for the child until they are adults. Ephesians 6:4 Fathers provoke not your children to wrath but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. We are not to provoke them to anger and when we do it we discourage the child. Parents we are to provide for our own children their need, food, clothing and shelter. Hebrew 12:7 if we endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chastens not?
