Faithful God

I have seen the Lord
His arms never fail
His lips never lie
He is always faithful
Jesus never fails
In my weakness His arms are strong
In my loneliness His comfort is sure
In my confusion He directs me
The Lord is invincible and visible
In the mist of our trials He is the second man
Will the water overflow you?
Will the fire burn you
Will the floods overwhelm you?
Our help in present danger
Our hope that does not fail
Our light in darkness
Because of Him I can sing a song of joy
I am victorious in Christ Jesus
Who can know His Ways?
His ways cannot be understood by mere mortals
Its pleasant mystery
Balm of gilead
As soothing as can be.
