What faith initiates, hope preserves,
  this is what I've seen.
It's upheld by holy words,
  written when hope seemed lean.
Live by strength of patience,
  girded by hope of faith.
You will find endurance
  maintaining your holy pace.

You'll find your trial in your abundance
  just as when you're poor.
You'll be tempted, forget your Sustenance,
  and there your pride may soar.
What you've gained is not your own,
  you're greatly gifted, thus greatly required.
Treat this Grace as if on loan,
  all you have is Father-sired.

Remember Mercy, sister of Grace,
  offspring of God's Love.
Remember the blood on His Son's face,
  grateful that you're born above.

May your eyes be wet with precious tears,
  recalling your origin.
You are right to have godly fears,
  being cleansed of your sin.

If you seem small before God's eyes,
  you are where you should be.
If you have joy, be not surprised;
  it's His love that you see.

So may your actions give Him thanks,
  like words that give Him praise.
You have access to heaven's banks,
  just as Jesus has been raised.
Feed on the Life that once was dead,
  and put on His attitude.
Form your mind by what He said,
  your heart will have His fortitude.

While not saying I have this down, this is what my trials have taught me thus far. While not saying this has become practice, it is saying I am so indebted.
