God Knows What’s in the Darkness

Daniel 2:22 “He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth
what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.” (KJV)

When tomorrow is unknown
And the night seems not to end.
God knows what’s in the darkness
And He’s our faithful friend.

Not one child has He forsaken
For we’re held within His hand.
Not one promise unfulfilled
All will be as he has planned.

When we’re walking through the valley
Where death’s shadows lurk about.
Remember the Good Shepherd
Is the one who’ll lead us out.

God knows what’s in the darkness
In Him dwelleth the light.
He reveals the deepest secrets
And He makes the darkness bright.

Hebrews 13:5-6 “…For he hath said, I will never leave thee,
nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my
helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.” (KJV)
