Eternity’s View

Ecclesiastes 3:1 “To every thing there is a season,
and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” (KJV)

To every thing there is a season.
For every trial there is a reason.
Eternity, from the Father’s view,
Must be kept clear by me and you.

Eternity is within our soul.
With this in mind we’ll see the whole.
But when we focus on what is now
A good outcome we’ll not see how.

We start this life with limited days.
With cautioned steps we guard our ways.
We fear if they might be made less.
And hold tight to what we possess.

Yet one breath of celestial air
Will prove the folly of things down here.
Keep eternity before your view.
This will add value to all you do.
