A mother's love is something that I'll never quite understand
Whether you hear it in her voice or just by the touch of her gentle hands
You can even see it in her smile and the way she assures you of better days
Yet above all of these things, nothing can compare to the love of a mom who prays
When the storms of life begin to rage and life sends it's fiery trials
The doors of your heart are always open for me to come rest a while
And when I've gone through situations that no one else could see
I know that you were before His throne, down on bended knee
Calling out my name before the One who matters most
Our King of kings and Lord of lords, before all of His heavenly hosts
Mom your love has been my strength in times when I was weak
It has taught me that the strong survive when it's the Savior's face they seek
If the Lord could display your works for all of the world to see
There would be no one among the crowd more proud of you than me
I hope that you know how special you are and how much I love you too
It's your special day, you deserve the best - Mom Happy Mother's Day to you
