No really, I mean it – have you ever really “seen” God – the Awesome Creator? The Bible paints one fairly clear picture of the LORD God Almighty in His natural habitat (Rev 4 & 5) – and it’s unbelievable.

In the center of the universe, there are more than one hundred million faithful angels round about the throne of the great and mighty Yahweh – worshipping and excitedly serving Him – their loving Creator!

Passing through the angels, we draw nearer and notice a Sea of Glass like crystal. The throne of Jehovah is the hub of everything and radiates ceaseless energy – there is nothing boring about this!

Wow! The One on the throne appears like colors of blood red and bright flames. Circling His throne is a rainbow with an aura of emerald. Lightning flash and thunder crash pulses from the throne – talk about power!

Seven fire-blazing torches – the sevenfold Holy Spirit - front God’s throne. Then prowling around the throne are four Beings, all eyes to look ahead and eyes to look behind. They each have six wings – and they eternally praise God!

One Being is like a lion, one like an ox, one with a human face and the last like a flying eagle. 24/7 they proclaim “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Omnipotent, Who was and Who is and Who is to come” – it’s amazing!

Out around God’s throne are 24 other thrones, each with an Elder clothed in white robes and wearing a golden crown. Whenever the four Beings worship the Omnipotent One, the 24 cast their crowns and worship – it’s astounding!

The twenty four Elders announce “You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and by Your will they exist and were created” – have you ever really seen this?

The Most High is the fountain of energy, He never naps or sleeps. At all times God is in contact with every corner of His universe. But our Father always has time for His number one priority, His children – it is wonderful!

Presidents Bill Clinton, George Bush or Barak Obama have never called me to speak or to ask my opinion on anything – yet the One Who-Lives-Forever wants to talk to me – can you believe it?

Our main issue isn’t that we are apathetic, sluggish or indifferent – it’s that we haven’t ever really “seen” the LORD God Almighty or comprehended His might and glory. His incredible love is His greatest attribute.
