Reflection of The Light
A Self Examination
Salvation is a reflection of the light that Jesus gave man when He came, lived, and died. Without Jesus the light for the world; we are impaired. Jesus love was manifested in the light for you and I, not for himself. All that He did for us that we have the power to overcome the sin of our lives. It is Satan that set traps for of of mankind to fall. Satan imposes unwarranted advantage on us to force us do his bidding; but we can never turn around, if we continue to see Jesus.
When we see Jesus there is a reflection of the light that bears on every matter in our lives. How we live our life makes reference to the lover of our soul. Jesus' life was a reflection of the light that we all are to see when we look in the mirror. We must first see ourselves before we look at another before we look at another and judge them. Jesus supplied man with what they needed for salvation. He put salvation in the form it is in that man may easily adapt their lives to. Jesus repurchased us form sin. He became a living sacrifice, condemning sin in the flesh. He brought to man the power needed to see the right reflection of the light within themselves. Without Jesus' dying there would be no live sacrifice. We have to come alive in christ Jesus by giving up all the things that negatively affects our lives. Jesus is the Truth, the Way and the Light. Is the light being reflected in you Jesus? Jesus went to the cross and died a sinful death, redeeming man forever. So why is it so hard to let go of the sin in our hearts and mind? We say we love Him. How can we love him and do the things we do? We will even lie on Him to get our plans done rather than his.
Saints, Christians, Sinners we have to get it together before it is too late. James 2:10 says for whosoever shall keep the whole law and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of them all. The Word is whole, the Law is whole; the Commandments cover every sin man can commit. When we submit our lives to Christ we give up the world. Jesus sent HIs Spirit to indwell in us and help us to stay sin free. But if we fall short and sin we don't have to stay that way. Pick yourselves up and realize your light has dimmed. When we have been redeemed we have grace and mercy, our hope of salvation is there. Jesus is still calling man back, accept Him back in your life today. He wants to heal you. He wants to deliver you. He wants to set us free from the law of sin that works destruction in our members. We have to be ready for our date with God. Our whole body, mind, soul, heart and spirit has to be sanctified. Many have only gotten to the point of sanctifying their body in their own stength and not the strength of the Lord. Their are many that is morally good as I myself once was. But God said to me its more and He would teach me all I needed to know to live in this world and not being self righteous. Many walk as though their bowels don't stink, but they are not ready to meet the Lord.
When we look in the mirror what do we see? Do we push man to sin? He that know to do good and do it not it is sin. When one is reflecting in the light they don't plan for anothers demise, setting traps for one to fall into sin that they can make mockery of another's walk. Be sure we are operating out of the right spirit. Jesus is whole, complete and when God called Him He answered the call. He went to death on the cursed cross to redeem us not to make us self righteous. We are no better than the next person. The one going through may just be what you need to keep you straight. Jesus keeps us straight just as He ministered to the Disciples to keep them straight. He had to live as a human although He was flesh he was a spiritual being to show us to reflect on the finished work of the cross. He brought man back to God once and for all. This is the only light we will have to reflect on. We have to examine ourselves by reflecting on the Word and Life of Jesus Christ here in the earth. Reflecting on the Light Jesus showed us will keep us from falling short in the flesh and Spirit.
Our priorities have to be redistributed. If God is first in our lives, everthing he loves should be first. We have to alter our lives. Reallocate our thinking. An accepted love in the heart for God will spread in other areas but first thing first. We need the power of the Holy Ghost that Jesus left us to be empowered over sin and death. He put sin back in the Devil's hand and took the sting out of death for all of mankind, but it is on us to receive what we need. Hosea had to change the course of his life to submit to the God that he loved. God will change the way man takes for His own glory to be revealed. Everything bad in your life is not conducive to the flesh but we can rejoice when God has been obeyed. The course of every Prophets life was for God's glory only.
We hurt in the flesh but God comforts us through His Word. He comforts me through my writing. He teaches me through my writing. Becoming a ready writer, sacrificing my nights to God, praying at midnight has given God what he need of me to produce His will in my life. God shows me His love through my writing. It takes sacrifice to get to that place where God can use you spiritually. Jesus was used of God because He made the perfect sacrifice. Man today is not willing to make the sacrifice to get what they need for their spiritual life. Being morally right and good is not enough. The Spirit has to come alive in us that will bring glory to God. Man failed in his strength to live a spiritual life in the earth but God gave man strength again. You and I too must see the reflection of the light. I am no better than the next person but I grow in the Word as I learn and pray that others will be saved. We have to pull off sin and put on Christ. At one time I thought I knes everything about Him but I found God to be much more than my little finite mind could imagine. We have to explore every area of God before we leave this earth.
Don't reduce God to a building and chairs. He is still God when we leave those earthly buildings whatever the size or whoever the Pastor. People are beginning to see the Church just as a building, but people we are the church that God is coming back for. We are the Temple of the Holy Ghost, He dwells in us. We come together in the building as Hebrews 10:25 says to Worship the Lord together as one body. When the body come in any other way it is sin, A total disrespect to the order we are to proceed in as laid out in God's Word. We say we come to honor God but are we? We converge or come together to worship and praise God without our minds on Him? For if our mind was stayed on Him we would come in his presence with thankgiving, worship and praise on the inside. What's on the inside will work to the outside, our minds should be united with one purpose, God being the common denominator. We are limited in our relationship with God because we don't respect Him as we should in His house that has been anointed and dedicated to Him. We have lost our focus, we even dismiss church services to please man. We have sacrificed our devotion to God and His reflection in the life of man is fading away.
