Speaking unto your own soul, do not look back to the old, the old has gone, now move on with the 'new' things happening around you, oh, do not allow yourself to look back to the old things....for they do not hold your future, for they do not have an effect on your future...do not look back, do not allow yourself to do that...

Things of the 'past' can drag you back to where you came from, things of the 'past' destroy your potentials for your future. Do not look back for a second, move on, move on and relying on the power of God in you, relying on His power and strength.

When you feel like losing your strength, grab hold of God's strength, call out to Him for help, call out to Him for help. When you feel like losing hope, grab hold of Jesus Christ, for He is the source of all our hopes, all our hopes is in HIM alone. No others....If you fix your eye on the wrong person, you will not be free, set yourself free by fixing your eye on the Author of Life.

Jesus Christ is the one you should look up to, look up to Jesus, look up and cry out to Him for help.

Don't look back, now I speak unto my own soul...Don't look back, don't think of the past for a second, move on with the Grace of God, with His mercy and grace, lean on His strength, give Him all the glory for your life. Don't look back, speak unto my soul, teach my soul and let it submit to the lordship of Jesus Christ.

This is great advice. I miss my mom and spend a lot of time missing and wishing she were here. I need to move on.

This goes right along with a poem I recently posted to Faith Writers, "Her Heart Was In Sodom." God bless you.
