Jude 1:3 Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt I had to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints.

Our Faith is based on Jesus Christ
The work on the Cross is pivotal
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is based on love
Yet today many preach a gospel with love but without the truth

A married man can love his wife (indeed) but might not be truthful to her
Many men that committed adultery do say that they do love their wives!
Among the Christians we have the same problems
Mormons come in love when they go door to door (in their mind)
But they do not speak the truth--Jehovah Witness come in love
When they go door to door (in their mind) etc
But they do not speak the truth
The message of the Cross must remain intact in
Order for the Spirit to convict people of their sins

Messages of self-esteem and successful living etc
Have replaced the message of the Cross of Calvary
The problem in the church is that many want to compete with the world
This is seen in the areas of music, movies, books, dress code etc
Clearly, we must use our talents for Jesus Christ but when we
Use the world as a measuring tool for a mirror of our success
We fall into the trap that our enemy would like us to fall into which is
Seen in the book of revelation in chapter 3…
Church growth is used as the basis for popularity but what is sad is
The fact that the clarity of the Gospel message is lost
The message of the Cross must remain intact in
Order for the Spirit to convict people of their sins

Jesus Christ Saves Man!

“For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want them to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths”. 11 Timothy 4:3-4
