What is past we cannot change,
The future is not in our range.
But we can learn from what is past,
And make our future go steadfast.
In the past we did many foolish things,
Each one in our mind’s ear rings.
Regret for those sins and falls,
Remember God’s grace always calls!
He is Love in human form
To make us in Him always warm!
Filling our souls with a promising dawn
And keep us cheerful, healthy and calm!

Thank you for this piece.The past torments many but Jesus wants us to learn from those falls into the putrid pits of sin and do them no more,then use them to help someone else along the way.
