Come and Dine
Did you hear our Father calling
Inviting us to come and dine
Did you hear our Father calling
Proclaiming the time for Bread and Wine.
An invitation is sent to everyone-
And all is provided by God’s own Son.
Gather round a table made by Heaven’s design...
Watch the cups overflow with water divine!
This invitation comes from Wisdom's heart,
Of The Shepherd who keeps us in His care
Leading us toward a brand new start
Restoring our spirit through His prayer.
Blessed are those who want to be near
To our Lord of mercy and of grace
Blessed are we to drink and be fed
And tenderly wrapped in Love’s embrace.
Did you hear our Father calling
Inviting us to come and dine
Did you hear our Father calling ...
Proclaiming the time for Bread and Wine.
Luke 14:15 And when one of them that sat
at meat with him heard these things, he said unto him,
Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.
