I was searching for a friendly ear,
found so many sites, made me shed a tear.
A trusted friend heard about my plight,
said; come near to me, if you want to write,
be a faithwriter,
be a faithwriter.

So I wrote a poem, maybe more than two,
heard "it's oh, so nice to connect with you"
You may write, my friend, to your heart's delight,
we both know the time is right,
be a faithwriter,
be a faithwriter.

Within days my hand held a trusted pen,
hoped my reader's hearts would now understand.
Before I knew it, I received critiques,
what I sowed, I now could reap,
be a faithwriter,
be a faithwriter.

Now with confidence, joy and cheer,
over weeks and months, over many years,
I've connected with you, through a trusted friend,
who said love will never end,
be a faithwriter,
be a faithwriter.
