I'm the guy with the flute
Tunes I play comes alive
In a melodious chorus of five
Brings back the once so popular jive

The bumble bees buzz
Memories all a fuzz
The chirpy bird sings
The joy that it brings

I'm the guy with the flute
Entertain the bored
Release the cored
Give love to the adored

The cows come out to graze
I'll trying to figure out this maze
The housewife holding her knife
What is the definition of life

I'm the guy with the flute
The notes are in my hand
I'll form a parading band
And make it royally grand

The farmer slaving under the sun
What if someone points a gun
The children play all day long
What if no one loves my song

I'm the guy with the flute
Who am I to look up to
How, why, which and who
What am I suppose to do

The wind whispers to the tree
I want my heart to be free
The sun sets in the west
I'm seeking the road for the best

The world is full of brute
The young ones will salute
Thinking that it's cute
But not the guy with the flute
