Not For Sale
Author requests article critique

All this pain and all this trouble
I have nothing to show for it
I toiled night and day
Day and night
Yet my hands remain empty
I put my heart and my very soul
into doing this
No fruit has rendered itself
I am discouraged
heartbroken
My head parallel with the ground
I try to pray but words escape me
I feel this is my penance
The weight of the discoragement
Crushes my shoulders
And I sink to the ground
I am weak
stupid
A frail human being
This disgust me
My mind taunts me with what could have beens
Had I been 'a little bit brighter'
A little more careful
A little more this
A little more that
What I am now is simply not good enough
But then again when will it ever be?

Hi Shayla,
Thank you for your article, entitled a question.
I have a little heart shaped piece of jarrah wood, with a picture of a bluebird, and it says; even the tiniest bird sings from the heart.
We may all feel tiny at certain points in our lives, however, let me remind you that you Shayla have sung the most beautiful song!
