Is Jesus the only way of salvation?

Of course He is the only way, of that I have no doubt. Let me ask you some questions first, if Heaven is all about being with God and he says that the only way He will accept us is through His Son Jesus Christ - if you don't want to be with God or Jesus, why would you even care what the answer is? If you are living your life separated from God and are not interested in what He wants for you, why make such an issue of it?

It is simply like any other reasonable rule. If you go to the store to purchase something and the clerk says you are only going to get that item if you give him $7.95. You can argue with him all you want, but you are not getting it unless you pay for it or steal it. The wonderful thing about Heaven, and the Triune God that occupies it, is that He created us and wants to share it with us just because He is Love. He is the Creator and He makes the rules, He really doesn't care if you whine and cry, but He does want you to accept His invitation.

He could have just as easily not created man or the universe and lived on as the Triune God with His holy angels; Satan with the fallen angels would have been sent to hell and eternity would have been perfect. So don't go thinking that you are something special or that you know more than God or that He is someone up there that OWES you in someway or other, and that you deserve a life of bliss when you have chosen to ignore Him and His Son.

Now, I said all that without using the Bible simply to reason with those that say they don't believe what is written in there. For those who do believe that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God, this is the rest of the story: John 3:16-21 says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world: but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone that doeth evil hateth the light, lest his deeds be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Those Scriptures tell us that the ones that don't believe in the Son just want to do their own thing and live in sin; some of them even pretend to love God and be a worshipper, but God knows their hearts. They keep their sins secret and have never accepted Christ; they are the great pretenders and they are the ones that do the most harm because others can plainly see that they are hypocrites and don't want to have anything to do with God because they believe all Christians are hypocrites like the pretenders.

Another favorite is the story of Nicodemus; he was a religious leader and spent his life learning and teaching of God. He loved God but was confused at this new Jesus person who was preaching on the streets so he snuck out at night to ask Jesus what all this meant. Jesus plainly told him that he had to be born again, but Nicodemus was still confused. During the conversation He told him, "That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit." He went on and gave Nicodemus the verses above. He also told the woman at the well that "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and truth." And then in John 14:6, "...I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

John 14:6 says it all: that is the rule; nope, you cannot see God unless you come through Jesus Christ. There are many, many verses of Scripture telling us that Jesus is the Son of God, telling us that the only way to gain heaven and the only way to miss hell is by repentance and accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior. He bled and died for your sins; He will forgive you and accept you into in to His family. Don't ignore the only rule that will give you eternal life. You can't steal your way into heaven or come up some other way because you believe differently - the rule is for everyone and everyone that has ever lived gets at least one chance, to accept His sacrifice, repent, and be saved. "... Behold, now is the accepted time, behold, now is the day of salvation." II Corinthians 6:2b. (All verses from the King James Version).
