CAUSE JESUS LOVES ME

I am a soldier in Gods army
Cause Jesus died for me
All alone and forsaken
Out there on that old tree

I am the winner of every battle
Cause Jesus fought for me
Not with a sword or a gun
With his blood he set me free

I am a wife and a mother
Cause Jesus said, “I would have no lack”!
I am carrying his wonderful story
And I will never ever turn back

I am a Sister to the sisters and a sister to the brothers
Cause Jesus made it clear
Love one another as I have loved you
So their burdens I will gladly bear

I am my neighbors' best friend
Cause Jesus said I should
Love my neighbor as myself
Just as He himself would

I am a singer in the choir
Cause Jesus gave me a voice
He said, “Sing, daughter sing”
I have no other choice

I carry a testimony for Christ
Cause Jesus said, “I give to you eternal life”
He who has the Son has life
And He is not a man that he should lie

I am a prayer warrior max
Cause Jesus said to me
Pray without ceasing
Be ready to bend a knee

I am a preacher of Gods word
Cause Jesus said to me
You need to get about our Fathers business
And set the captive free

1 John 5:11-12

And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

Numbers 23:19

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
