Some Church people think that those Christians who have had a divorce are inferior and they try to put shame on them
- maybe they should read the Word.

Jeremiah 3: 8 says that Jehovah had divorced Israel, the ten northern tribes, because of their continued apostasy
- a perfect God involved in a divorce?

Revelation speaks of war in heaven - a third of the angels being cast out with Satan. Some divorces turn into a war - so 2 divorces for
the Almighty - are they still thinking shame?

Not only is God perfect, He sees the end from the beginning. So that means He knew these relationships would end in divorce
- and He entered them anyway.

When ever freedom of choice in present, we, or even the Eternal cannot guarantee that the other will want to continue the relationship
- freedom always makes divorce a possibility.

But Calvary was the worst of all. The Father and Son had been in perfect harmony for ever. Then Jesus accepted the sins of guilty humanity
- and all their shame!

Divine union, and then Christ experienced the separation that sin brings. The divine favor was withdrawn, and Jesus bore the total despair and depression of guilt.
- what agony and what a divorce!

So if some “believer” tries to shame you for a divorce you did not cause, just tell them you are in good company
- the Almighty has had His divorces!
