I want to share another miracle in my life. It happened in 2000. I was doing a temp job then. One of my duties involved shredding paper. It was my 1st day on the job.

While I was shredding some paper, suddenly I found 3 of the fingers on my left hand being sucked into the shredder. I panicked and quickly shouted for help. One of my first thoughts, besides calling for help, was that I was going to lose my fingers!

Even though I shouted at the top of my voice, nobody came to my rescue immediately. A few minutes had passed before someone heard my cry for help. But he could not help to release my fingers from the shredder, except to switch it off. Soon, a few other people came. But none of them could help to remove my fingers until the civil defenece personnel came. By the time my fingers got released from the shredder, they were already swelling badly. I was rushed to the hospital immediately.

At the hospital, an x-ray was taken. To my surprise, none of my swollen fingers had any sign of fracture. The swelling also subsided after a few days. To me, it was truly miraculous.
