WHAT OF LOVE

Loving you, yes
I found out one thing
Love happens in an instant
And cannot be erased or misplaced
Cannot be hid or disgraced
Love is a feeling of security
That death cannot separate

The peace of love will someday cover me securely in the grave
But say me to those who are left behind
Find love, find peace of mind
Let the sun shine in the rain
Let the thunder roar
Let the winds blow or be tame
In the north or in the south
Where-ever I should land
There you’ll be
Still being my man

Loving me, loving me still
I know, I see you there
In the colors of the rainbow
Playing with the children in the park
Laughing and singing until dark
Letting the baby chew on your tie
Oatmeal and apple pie
From a jar
No one could be sexier by far

Though the world melts around me
The trees call out my name
Sitting or standing,
Breathing or no
What is life without love?
Answer me
Cold and alone
Scared and afraid
The world cannot speak
Cannot think without love
If you think so then it's a no brainer

Without your love
Traveling a road of twigs and briars
No flowers along the way
Cannot breath, cannot see
Don’t leave me
Please don’t ever leave me alone
Travel with me on my long trip
one last breath and I am gone

Without thee, I cannot go on
A me without you
A you without me
On no, life has ended
Now let me hear you say it
Say it, “Let me hear it one more time”
“Sweetheart, I love you”

As long as the heavens are above the hills
And clouds form in the sky
As long as ivy climbs the walls
I’ll be loving you still
As long as the earth answer its' call
To round, round and around
Night time answer the call to dark
Summer time answer the call to a rose
Winter time answers the call to snow
As long as my breath rises and falls
Let my love roll
even
When my hands fold
The part of me that says “Good by”
Will say, “I love you”
With it’s last sigh!
