Drifting down river
With no crossing over
Dark night floods the soul
Caught up in a useless, empty hole
Where’s the ending
And the beginning

If you’ve fallen, been cut off
Need to break out, bring forth
He comes through the scent of water
Can you smell the rain
It’s raining love
It’s raining grace
His Glory brings the rain

Feeling like an outcast,
Can’t out last
The weight of this cold
It’s heavy and getting old
What is the meaning
For inner reasonings

Sent in our frame
He laid aside fame
And brought to us
Glory waves, and Amazing grace
He’s Heaven’s scented water
Jesus Christ
And He reigns

If you’ve fallen, been cut off
Need to break out, bring forth
He comes through the scent of water
Can you smell the rain
It’s raining love
It’s raining grace
His Glory brings the rain

Leap into living water,
His love will surge over
And once hollow live’s
Will be Flooded with life
No longer suffering lone,
Now Full, free and joined
