When I was young, I learned that I was related to Laura Ingalls Wilder. I knew I wanted to become a writer, like her. My family history of writers also includes Rose Wilder Lane and Thornton Wilder. I always hoped to make a difference and impact in the world by writing something about the end of days. It was a dream of mine since I was quite young. I believe it comes from my lifelong interest in the book of Revelation. I wrote Under the Manger in 2017 and published it on Christmas Day the same year. It is a post-apocalyptic Christian suspense novel. It was the first of a planned trilogy. Finally, after retiring, I completed and published the second book of the series titled The Mark. The third book in the series should be ready for release in early 2025. Now that I have granddaughters, I have started writing children's books. I just published a children's chapter book for early readers titled The Adventures of Bo and Koali: Helping Ruby Get Home. I have also written four board books that have yet to be published.
