After years of business writing and later composing monthly newsletters for her pet business, Mary Ann desired to write a novel. With renewed faith, together with a love of biblical history, she inspired to commence writing Sons Rise. Mary Ann had her short story, Scents of Heaven, selected and published in the 2009 FWA’s collection From Our Family to Yours. She is a member of two writers associations; Florida Writers Association and American Christian Writers. Together with her husband Felix and her two dogs, Mac and Black Jack, Mary Ann resides in central Florida where they own and operate a dog grooming shop.
