Actually McDonalds did not know that Boo worked there, but he did.
He stood out in the parking lot directing cars to the drive thru window.
If you were distracted and allowed a lot of space between yourself and another car, Boo got mad and angrily beckoned you to hurry up and get to the window! Keep the line moving.
People often gave Boo sandwiches after they got their orders, so he was never hungry.
One day a group of ladies decided that they were going to do the charitable thing and clean Boo up.
They got their husbands to get a big tub of warm sudsy water for him to bathe in. Then the men got extra clean clothes for Boo to put on after his bath.
After the bath Boo started trembling. Then he got the flu. He was sick all night.
The men rushed him to the hospital around 8:00 pm. The women were shocked and distressed.
They walked and cried and prayed, “Oh Lord, what have we done!”
Boo was pronounced dead at the hospital the next morning.
The missionaries were horrified and repentant. Why did this terrible thing happen?
They learned a valuable lesson.
Jesus said to give a man bread to eat and clothes to wear.
He said nothing about a bath.

Whoa! Excellent. Glad I found you...or did you find me! Your article pulled me in, right from the start. I grew up in an atmosphere of others who wanted to give baths, and like Boo, in your story, many were killed. I thank God for freedom in Christ, and for the washing of the water of the Word!
