Do you love me, with the height of heaven?
“Yes,” said God lovingly to me.
“Before the point of your beginning,
Beyond your future destiny.”
Does your love span, all heavens width,
“Yes,” He whispered back to me,
“Farther than east, is from the west,
I love unconditionally.”
And the depth, tell me the depth,
“Let me show you,” He softly cried,
I let my Son, hang on the cross,
For you Jesus died.”
I sank in praise, and reverence,
His light caused darkness to flee,
My cup began running over,
As I worshiped Him tenderly.
I believe, I cried in deep sorrow,
I’m ashamed of the person you see,
“I forgive,” Came whispers from glory,
“Through my Son, you are born unto me.”
I raised my hands up in honor,
No greater love, to me was shown,
Than the love, my God possesses,
Through His Son, He let it be known.
