Can You See Jesus?

When I look at loved ones,
I see Jesus there
For they are warm and caring
With a willingness to share.

When I look at others
Who seem to feel such peace,
I see Jesus at their side
With a love that will not cease.

When I look at people
Who have integrity,
I see Jesus with them,
Shining bright for all to see.

It is easy to find Jesus
In these caring faces,
But He also lives among us
In unexpected places.

Try looking at the person
Sitting homeless on the street
Or the person who annoys you
Each and every time you meet.

And how about your rival?
Or those who just don't care?
Or the person who has hurt you?
Is Jesus also there?

Are you beginning to wonder
How different our lives could be
If we would listen to our hearts
And open our eyes to see� Jesus?
