Last night
I closed my eyes I saw you again
Your glimpse in the day
Reflects in my dream at night
It all seems so similar
The white carved pillar
In the wall that¡¯s so familiar
I saw you my dear
The only person that makes sense here
Last night
Before I close my eyes
I saw you again
You walked with a sweet swagger
Graced the floor never happier
When you flashed a smile
As if time had stopped for a while
You touched my heart without touching me
And I see you without having to see
That is how I like it to be
Last night
I rubbed my eyes
I saw you again
It was too good to be true
Again I was with you
Without hesitating you gave me a kiss
It was something that I miss
A moment like this
It takes my breath away
There are no words that I can say
Yet it was too good to be true
There¡¯s no we
There¡¯s only you and me
On the last night
I opened my eyes
I saw you again
You were with another guy
That¡¯s when I know it¡¯s time for goodbye
I don¡¯t have to ask why
It¡¯s time for my dream to die

I love this! I have been reading poems but none of them touched me like this one so far.
