Why do YOU love me?
As much as YOU do?
With a love that’s so pure
A love that’s so true.
My path has taken so many winds & curves.
Yours is a love I do not deserve.
But still there YOU are to love me all the same.
Even when I cause YOU sorrow and pain.
What is it about me that only you can see?
When others in my life would run & flee.
I just can’t get it through my thick head.
I toss and turn in my bed.
It’s often hard to believe but is true.
That YOU love me as much as you do…
