a taste of dreams
or just
plain ol' reality
could we walk the road awhile
and play with our tears
remember the time we loved
that has been rewritten throughout
these years
could i wake in the wake of your beauty
could you look at me and see right through me
could we press our lips and forget the loss
and never wake up to bear our cross
this romance, this memory
has left me with you by my side
a sordid ecstasy
a broken paradise
and a running river escape
would you be me escape
my beautiful memory
