april snow
immediately calms
frenetic Spring energy

time to pause
stay in sip tea
pick up the Bible again

gentle nod
from Father of Lights
come be still and know Me

breath in deep
releasing all worry
learn to lean into Me

let My Spirit
bear burdens and guide
through every list of musts

nevermore
let frenzied business
replace calm love and trust

face each day
full tilt or placid
in peaceful attitude

anger not
when interruptions
disturb all your plans

guard your heart
from frustration
keep calm and hold My hand

I AM God
your best is My goal
In every circumstance

hold to peace
My gift from Heaven
it will settle your nerves

I AM Life
I give good things
coming down from Heaven

trust in Me
with all your days
calm waters you will walk on

No surface waves
Will pull you under
My faithfulness your anchor

I enjoyed this wonderful advice in lovely lyrical poetry.

I enjoyed this meditation on the appearance of snow in April. It causes us to reset all our frenetic energy and remember that God controls everything including the surprising seasonal changes. My favorite part was the final stanza:
"No surface waves
Will pull you under
My faithfulness your anchor"
